A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL COTTAGES, AND A $300.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED
ON THE DELUXE CONDO. MULTIPLE UNIT BOOKING MAY VARY
DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RESERVATION.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT OUR BUSINESS DEPENDS SOLELY ON ADVANCE
RESERVATIONS. THUS CANCELLATIONS ARE COSTLY. ONCE WE RESERVE A UNIT FOR A GUEST,
WE REMOVE THAT UNIT FROM THE MARKET. DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF WE ARE
ABLE TO FILL THAT VACANCY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAYS RESERVED.
